After first forming the Morning Sun Center of Hope just 18 months ago, on May 25th we started seeing our first patients in our flagship program, The Morning Sun (Zhengzhou) Children’s Charity Hospital!
Case study on The Morning Sun Center of Hope
This last Spring, we were approached by the Center of Integrative Leadership with a proposal to do a case study on The Morning Sun Center of Hope. The Center for Integrative Leadership is joint program of the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Business and Hubert Humphrey Institute of Public Policy.
What child is this?
They have just as humble beginnings whether found on a door step, a police station or a hilltop. The question that must be asked, is “Why is this Child here?” While there are those that would say the child is there because of the “one child policy”, or because the Chinese Culture does not value its girls, our experience and data does not agree with this.

Infant Nutrition Program Update, December
Our infant nutrition program has now been operational for two months, on December 6th, we received our second shipment from Abbot Laboratories and it has now been distributed as well.
